Sacking the health food for one meal....

I tend to look after myself & stick to good habits training, eating etc BUT!
Every now and again I just love to make a meal that goes against the grain so here goes. When I am in the mood I will cook a big plate of chips & pour curry sauce all over with loads of salt & vinegar & lashings of TK (tomato ketchup) with 4 - 6 rounds of bread & butter with a big mug of tea to drown it all.
Hmmm luvely jubbley!

Are you getting enough carbs in your regular diet...
the body will give you a craving for vit's n min's it lacks.. this once in a while craving for a carb explosion might indicate that your not getting enough on a regular basis.
then again it might just suggest that your a fat ******* hiding in a thin body.

A bit of whatever takes your fancy every now and then does you no harm.
When i get back to england the first meal is usually a Burger king at the airport followed by HUGE fish chips and peas later that evening, then i spend the next couple of days farting like a trooper.
