Need some advice

Hi I have a td05 turbo and have a frend of a frend wive a apexi turbo ax53b70 for sale is the apexi turbo beter turbo and is it lag turbo pleas help as he is saying I can have it for £250

I'd pass on that. Nobody else is using those, which tells you all you need to know!
