Cool shout out for a great mechanic

hi,had few problems started a month or so ago pulling out of the local petrol station, now i wasnt thrashing my car it was 1st 2nd bang got it home, got some advice from different garages/people & started to convince me self that it was only a thrust bearing, well luckily Duncan/racedynamix had giving me Tim farmer number, after few silly quotes got Tim in to do clutch which turned out to be 2nd gear, well poor Tim done a supurb job in the rain & if it wasnt for him i dont thimk my car would be on the road any more, personly ive got more weary & less trusting as ive got older & learnt the hard way about things, but i cant recommend him enough excellent job & he travels to your doorstep,so big thanks to Tim.Ian

That's good to hear, not heard of mechanics coming to your door. Any idea what he charges per hour?

well,he was going do clutch for one hundred & sixty pound, which i thought was very good, dont know if he charges fuel if you live like the other side of country but i would guess you would have to take that into consideration,i know he travels up & down the country,it was Duncan from racedynamix who gave me his number so he came through a good source intially, good old word of mouth hey.

Tim just done my head gasket. He is a real gent and if it wasn't for him I would have probably just sold the car broken.

Lovely bloke and definately goes out of his way to ensure you get the best service.

Another person here happy to recommend Tim Farmer. He seems to know his scoobies inside out, is reasonably priced, and is a really nice chap too.
