Flights: Bringing heavy/big items back with me

I want to bring a WRC body kit and a set of alloys back with me from the UK to the UAE when I fly back.

Does anyone have any experience with this, since the total shipping for both is over 700GBP.

I'd say you haven't a hope in hell of getting that on board.
Airlines limit check in baggage, especially weight & size.

Well you could try and bring it on your person, but I'm not sure the pockets of http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/arti...nair-game.html are quite big enough for a set of alloys and a bodykit. Would like to see a photo of your effort though

Bugger, I was hoping maybe some of the airlines had an option. I know that I can increase my baggage to a max of 120KG with Emirates but I can't find the dimension limitations for that.
