Racing Legends BBC2 (Moss, McRae and Stewart)
'Heads up' for three new programs:
27/12/2012 2000hrs
Sir Stirling Moss (profiled by Patrick Stewart)
28/12/2012 2000hrs
Colin McRae (profiled by Sir Chris Hoy)
29/12/2012
Sir Jackie Stewart (profiled by James Martin)
I cannot see a listing for the Jackie Stewart program in the Radio Times (should be 1915-2015hrs) so it maybe re-scheduled to a later date?

McRae was meant to be on the 28th which was good timing cos his sister car (n555bat) driven by didier auriol (sp), is the one that is shown in his documentary, is gonna be racing at croft the next day, however, timings have changed and the McRae slot is still to be confirmed, nevertheless it'll still be a good days rallying at croft.

Maybe I'm in the minority here, but after what he done to those kids whilst recklessly showing off in a helicopter I'm afraid he has lost the legend status in my eyes,
This comes from someone who went to his gathering and memorial etc, I know it's prob not what people think but I just can't see past what he done.

Will be watching all 3 shows. Shame BBC weren't able to fit the Top Gear special into the schedule, meaning it'll be shown in Feb instead.

Sorry guys
I knew it wouldn't be a popular view but its the one I have, I certainly don't want to get into a slagging match about it, was one of my heroes as well.
Merry Xmas

I hope it does come out soon as apparently it's a cracking programme.

A quick search and I found this (no guarantee it is correct), but you never know:
"McRae programme is back in the schedules - BBC2 Sun 27th Jan 10pm".
Don't b*ll*k me if wrong

Just searched "racing l" on Sky and the Moss (the first 1/3 episode) one is being repeated this Sunday!
...So, hopefully, the 3/3 McRae one will be shown two Sundays later; on the 3rd Feb(?!)
Unless they're gonna show them on:
Sun 20th - Moss
Wed 23rd or Thu 24th (?) - Stewart
...With the the McRae one on Sun 27th (based on the above info from E-B).
Let's hope so!
