MY FRIST SCOOBY
Hi,everyone,im new to this site,just bought myself my first scooby,its a Subaru Impreza Sti late 1996 model jap import. I dont know anything about these cars it was a random xmas present to myself. The previous owner told me that it was remaped from Graham Goode racing P1 cambar set up 18 inch super legra alloyes running at 330 bhp,it drives quick and sticks to the road. Fantastic drive,any tips or advice would be helpful.

going to change the diff oil, gearbox oil and engine oil.wot oil do i use for this?This might sound stupid but the car has two dipstick'ssorry havn't got a clue wot iam doing yet.Also the gear stick fells lose when in any gear(like in neutral)any advice please

Could just be loose linkages, but could be a sign of wear, worth having it checked.
The front long dipstick is engine oil, to be checked cold.
The rear one, smaller is gearbox oil.
And this car has DEFINITELY been mapped to run UK fuel?

can i use uk fuel then or stick with v-power?Iam in Gibraltar and dont have v-power they sell it in spain but will have to go across the 1hr frontier queue's all the fu......cking time

sorry misread your post, don't know if it has been remaped the previous owner told me it was done by graham goode racing have not look at the ecu yet the car is a version 3 i think thanks
