Default Parcel Monkey

Never ever use them ! Just thought I would save you all loads of grief. Use paisley freight instead - wish I had used them for my last delivery.

This is only my opinion and is not an opinion of Scoobynet owners and employees.

They failed to collect my parcel, but to be fair they couldnt apologise enough and gave me instant refund.

Always better to pay a few quid extra and book a couirer direct rather than 3rd partys like parcelmonkey

Some you can't got direct to though, hence the need for 3rd parties.

You do realise that Parcel Monkey don't actually do anything other than process a collection/delivery on your behalf, don't you?

Couldn't agree more!! We sent a clutch and flywheel to a customer in Gibraltar in November. Parcel monkey lost the parcel, and after 4 threatening letters we eventually received a refund after 6 weeks!

Then... They said they found the parcel just before Christmas. They said if we paid £20 they would ship it back to us!!! We paid the £20, then last week they sent us an email saying they had lost the parcel and included a claim form for us to claim for it AGAIN!!! Lol.

So with a bit of luck we will get to claim for be same parcel twice!! Numpteys!!!

Yes i know that they are the middle man and they are the custoker of all the parcel companies not us. They just make a profit from passing on services that individuals cannot use. However the problem is that they do not always give the right provider, service or correct details forwarded to the companies involved. I wpuld rather pay more than use them ever again. Also the fact you cant phone them and they take an age to mail back makes
the whole service even worse.
