aircon noise
hiya,ive got a whinning noise either from the aircon pump or the pully underneath,is it ok to take the belt off for now or will it affect anything else?

Just to let you know, my adjuster seized and sent melted pulley and belt everywhere. Its a pain to fix and in the area where all the other belts are, I'd imagine hazardous to the engine's health.
