Default Rear washer washing the inside???

Hi all. Quick question.
After picking up my first impreza this morning (W plate UK classic wagon) I tried the rear washer but all that happened is the fluid appeared from behind the interior trim that hold the roof lining in (centrally at the top as you look into the boot). I tried to pry the trim away but it didn't budge much.
Do I need to man up and keep prying or is there a knack/way to do it that I don't know about?
Many thanks,
Paul.

It's held up by little spring clips, you just have to man up and pull it off. Take care tho when I did mine I ended up cracking it.
