I can supply you Carbotech pads , which ones are you after ? they are quite an expensive pads and the trade discounts are low so I don't think you will get them much lower than the retail price
Cheers Ian

Very good pads.

You just need good discs and brake fluid as you can generate very high temperatures on track days.

Thanks for the replies guys.

I will be doing about 3 track days at the most per a year, so the car is more of a fast road car than a track car. So would the XP8's be my best option?

Im also using godspeed discs, standard sti brembos and AP 5.1 fluid.

Depending on how hard you are on brakes XP8's will be fine for occasional trackdays.

Really? I've never had a problem with squealing Carbotechs. I'm running XP10's now but the 8's before never squealed either.

Have you thought about Pagids? We have been testing them and getting superb results. RS15s with better bite then Performance Friction 01s which really is saying something as the PFs are an excellent pad.

I'm sure Godspeed can supply

my xp10s squeal like a bitch! Great pad though, amazing how much stopping power you get for such little pressure on the pedal.

Mine don't, maybe cos I use the Subaru shims? Yes they are amazing pads and that's why I like them, great breaking effort for little pedal input.

Bren, last time I priced the equivalent Pagids they were around £300!! Carbotechs are around 2/3s of that.

It's definitely going to be Carbotechs. Didnt know which ones to pick out of the XP8's and Xp10's but after reading the differences I think the 8's are more suited to what I want out of them.

Godspeed - I have Pm'd you regarding pricing etc cheers
