Default CDR Motorsport engine build with Alan Jefferies

Well after spending nearly 2 years building my car for a track toy it's now ready to start the final process of an engine build thanks to Alan Jefferies at engine tuner.
I must say I have been put at ease with the communication from Alan and look forward to the build process with enthusiasm.

A CDB will be used with a 2.1 stroker kit ,mahle pistons ACL race bearings K1rods full machining work will be carried out by Alan who I'm sure will come along with full spec.

Aiming for around 550hp with plenty of torque.

I know someone who ran a 321t ,477HP,on a Stroker, I suppose with these new fangled billet wheels you could get close to your target without too much lag.

I'd go stock location turbo to keep things simple.
Although rotated billet 30 would be the ultimate choice on that motor.

As above Lee people said/suggest rotated GT30 .63AR will be good choice, you will be running AVCS heads ?

We are run MDX321T on the 2.1L and we are made 490bhp on JDM WRX heads, although would love to try MDX321V or SC46/50 on the 2.1L

Was thinking of v3 heads, and as Alan has suggested with larger exhaust valve with opened up valve throat and stock size inlets top end of 500 would be nice !

I would defo go rotated now rather than later..

Mine on a 2.0 made 500 @ rcm rollers @ 2 bar with more to come as soon as I upgrade to newage coilpacks.

Using a billet GT30 xtr with .63 housing.

You'll not go wrong with Alan Jeffries, not only a good reputation but also a very helpful person in sharing his knowledge on here which I can vouch for personally with his advice on my hatch Sti.

Big thumbs up!
