Default What to do, to make it fit

Just got my new billet precision turbo from the US
But it doesn't look like it'll fit my RCM rotated downpipe

Here is a pic

The gasket lines up fine with the downpipe just to let you know

Any help appreciated

Could be wrong but do they not need the flanges to be the same size for them to work.

the downpipe is a 3", where the turbo is 2.5"
i think i'll either get a mechanic to make me a new flange for the downpipe, or get the v band adaptor - like the one on the link above ^^^

New exhaust housing or just get the down pipe modified.

Not difficult if you take it to a decent exhaust fab shop mate.

You'll be restricting the amount of power you can flow through a 2.5 inch downpipe which is after all the reason behind going rotated in the first place.

Send it back and get them to fit it with the correct exhaust housing for your application.
