Default Engine won't start!!! Help!!!

Hi I have a 99 v6 sti, I recently had an engine change an now it won't start. I have spark an fuel but the injectors don't seem to be working. I have tried a direct current to the injectors and they open fine. Does the ecu need to be reset to get injector pulse?

Pretty sure the immobiliser is fine. Turn the ignition on and have to push the key before ignition lights come on, turns over fine. There's a good spark an fuel pressure good. Just seems like no fuel getting through the injectors. Can't get any readings through the volt meter on the injector plugs. Injectors don't seem to be firing at all.

Yes the fuel pump sounds, I have fuel pressure through the rails so can rule that out. The spark looks to be a bright yellow, very strong spark. Had the engine fired with a bit of brake cleaner. Then original engine threw a rod an burst the casings in turn causing a small fire which burnt the loom, I had a guy come in an replace all the damaged wires but I am thinking the ecu may have been fried. Cant think anything else would stop the pulse to all 4 injectors. I am getting 3 fault codes to, 23 - MAF, 24 Idle control solenoid and 44 wastegate control solenoid.

Spark should be bright blue, if its yellow it isnt sparking right, have you got access to another crank sensor you could try or maybe the loom to the crank sensor is damaged

Its a JDM, it doesnt have an immobiliser.

OP, exactly what engine did you fit to your car and did you see it running before you purchased it (who did you get the engine off).
