Default A warning to anyone offered P1 552 shell for sale

Just a warning to anyone who is offered the chance to buy this shell.

Ownership is disputed. The original owner of the shell has not been paid for it and it could have possibly be sold twice again without payment reaching the owner. It has been stored and the sale handled by ScoobyProjects.

I don't know the exact story however I'm sure the original owner will be along to explain in more detail if need be.

The shell will need an interior and other gubbins so if the shell is resold the new owner will be in a world of dispute which could possibly end up as a legal minefield.

Just a heads up guys

Yes bought with my money then sold on, and sold on again, but the con man who owned SP owes me money and plenty of others this being just one of many parts, where he sold things, on his customers behalf but never gave them their money, so in my book its classed as theft. The garage might be reopening under another name very soon ( if not already ) by the same people who were involved in SP. So stay well clear of the P1 #552 shell.

Well the new owner that might be taking over was a Bus driver so he is well versed in how to fix car, at the minute he's still trying to buy a glass hammer, a left handed screwdriver, but hasn't come back from the long wait he was told to get by Keith ( previous owner ).

If anyone needs mr scoobyprojects home address i've got it because he tried to do me for a couple of grand. So went to the trouble of getting his home address to give him a 5a.m wake up call but thankfully it didn't come to that.

Lol Zippy last time I was up there he was going round with a bucket trying to fill it with steam and had a bag round the grinder trying to collect the sparks.

On a more serious note a lot of people have had the wool pulled over their eyes, I paid my money like others did and put our trust in a complete idiot who done good knows what with our cash, still to this day more lies and half truths, I have heard that Keith is going round trying to blame me for it all and not going to pay me back because I pulled out of a big project, but I never asked him to pay for something with his own money, everything that was bought was always covered by the money I had in my kitty. 18 months of him telling me lies and making stupid excuses blaming other people like he's still trying to do now. He was skimming off the top also and he's lucky I don't put a horses head in his bed lol.

Not anymore T5NYW there's a lot more that the owner done besides theft, a P1 owner who left his car in for a mini project kept on getting told it was being work on, but after months and months the customer drove up only to find his pride and joy had an extra 3000 miles on the clock and very little work had been done. Now he is still doing it but with another customer who lives in Switzerland and using his Hawkeye on Swiss plates as a daily drive. The chap has been informed and is going to take legal action as are other past customers. The people who ran that garage have no resect for other people's property and when it re-opens under a different name the same people will be behind the scenes I am guessing as Keith is selling it to his partner ex-husband !! ( you can't make it up lol )

I was once told by IIRC Keith that he started up the business because of being allegedly being ripped off by an independant Subaru garage.. I now know which one was the Del Boy. LOL

Things like this take the ****, one of my first posts if not the first was asking for info on someone, same situation, guy had the car 3 years near enough and done F all to it police couldn't get involved either as it was a "civil" matter, people like that want hanging out to dry if you ask me, and we wernt the only ones bitten by this clown, he sold a p1 that also didn't belong to him, a moto x bike, done somebody out of thousands and thousands if pounds in a supra, there Is another guy still waiting for his engine for his white Spec c hawk.
He held my mate to ransom near enough over his type r, I hope you get something sorted bud, if not one way but another

He no longer drives the swiss car around as it is parked in the garage as confirmed by said owner.

This sounds like the one I paid £1000 to his personal bank account for. When he went bust he told me the new person taking over would sort the project (as I was going to pay to get it back on the road).

To me this is Fraud. As such criminal proceedings can be taken against him.

The guy who has taken over the premises, I have to say, is being very helpful.

He sent me the details of the insolvency people (Keith has gone personally bankrupt apparently). The insolvency people are investigating him they said but he has not contacted them at all. They also cannot give any information and said that I would join a list of creditors. If anyone is thinking of taking criminal proceddings against Keith then I am happy to contribute written evidence from him that he sold me the shell (as it now appears many others too). Also that he was going to do the work etc. I also have proof the money was paid to his personal account with reference to the vehicle.

I know a lot of people wont get their money back but I also dont think he should be walking the streets.

I don't normally post things in public but it seems that there are many out there in the same situation regarding Keith and Scooby projects. I am happy to converse in private with a PM.

I don't normally post things like this either. How on earth had this individual ( Keith) not received a good hiding from one of his upset customers.
