Not sure if this should be in technical, as it's not really, but apologies if it should.

Anyway, my bug is now my daily driver & the exhaust is getting tiresome for day to day use. And until I've saved the pennies for a quieter track friendly system & map tweek to suit the larger bore, I was thinking of putting a prodrive back box on it.

Its currently running a prodrive sport cat and 2.5" de-cat and rear box.

My questions are :-

1. Is it safe to change to this backbox without affecting the map.
2. Will it be back to standard sounding?
3. Or be a bit louder as it has no centre cat?
