Plenty of people on here bad mouthing dealers, so credit where it's due and all that.

Taken from Stratman's post about has car being stolen from Pilsworth Asda:-

"I must also say that Robinsons of Rochdale (my local Scoob dealer) has provided me with a courtesy car FOC until I have a got a settlement or my car back. They have been really great.

Stratman"

Well done them.

Read his post and contrast Robinson's attitude with that shown by Asda.

While we are on the subject of praise where praise is due...

Heritage Of Leicester, Subaru Dealer.

I have experienced Excellent customer service and found them to be attentive to customer demands - they really do go that extra mile to help a genuine customer.

I did a few more miles than I expected over the last bank holiday weekend (going to Brighton didn't help). I called Holdcrofts Tuesday morning and they fitted me in for a 52.5k service the next afternoon. Usuall good job as well

Dealer 40Kms from the Ring.

Opened up on a Saturday (when they were closed) to fix a car for a daft Scots git they'd never met before, and only charged 25 quid for an hours labour !!!!

Marlbourgh Of Brentford have bent over backwards for me 5 days before my trip to germany changed my turbo for me 2 days before trip changed my oil on the same day i rang did it while i waited customer service is second to none Martyn the salesman is excellant too if i cant get hold of service i just ring him he then sorts it for me

Adams in Aylesbury is good too. Mitsubishi Pinin for a courtesy car while ours was in for service which was quite cool.
