Unhappy Oil smell inside when stationary

I have 2001 bug wrx that has started with an oil smell inside when your at the lights. Got home tonight looked under the hood and I see smoke from behind where the turbo is situated. Can't see any oil and doesn't seem to have lost any either. Not had chance to have a proper look in daylight as yet but any help is much appreciated

Could be a breather pipe that is leaking e.i. crank breather hose, can get quite stinky if thats not connected properly, seen that happen a few times, but be sure to keep an eye out for oil leaks.

Gonna give it a good check over in the morning. I think there is a few things it could be like oil line to turbo leaking onto down pipe or rocker cover gaskets. Even a split cv boot spitting grease onto hot parts. Hopefully find the problem in the morning.

Well it looks like the on the rocker gasket one of the fixing bolts has a slight weep causing the smoke! It's the only place where I can see any oil. Should be an easy fix!
