Cat back exhaust, green cotton panel filter and remap will free up some horses. Above that, an STI TMIC, up-rated fuel pump, full decat and bigger turbo will take it further. If its not already got one I'd suggest a decat uppipe as the OEM ones can start to rattle when the cats break there welds and possibly damage the turbo. Power is nothing without handling though so don't forget to look at upgrading the brakes if you up the power, a decent set of pads and discs will go a long way. Upgrading the anti-roll bars is also a good one to look at.
