Afternoon all, just thought I'd post up my results from last Saturday @ ENGINETUNER.
Couple of thanks to say.
To martyn Jeffery's for mapping the car and getting really awesome results from the car which drives spot on and still on a small turbo and standard injectors.
Also to lain duncan(big d) for porting my vf35 turbo and going with his intake setup to stop boost creep and compressor surge etc.
brief pic of the car, when I bought it I had a Surrey print out for 314.4. When dyno'd @ ENGINTUNER at Christmas it made 305. Martyn played with it a bit more and it was maxing out at 317.4hp and 300ft/lb torque so i was happy.
Car was standard then apart from ppp kit.
Decided to try and refine the set up and make it more efficient.
Had ian port the turbo and refine the inlet track to stop surge.
Brief spec from sat is-
Ported vf35 with forge actuator set to 1 bar base pressure,
Forge big port dump valve with red spring,
Japspeed wrapped De cat down pipe,
Japspeed wrapped headers,
Silicone intake pipe,
RAMAIR induction kit,
HRC 340lp/h fuel pump,
Front mount intercooler,
Lambda sensor moved to down pipe,
Here are the graphs.
Many thanks Chris

@ techdw
I got the 1 piece japspees headers off a mate new for £50.
Was worried they were going to choke the car due to hearing horror story's about them but they helped towards awesome torque figures.
The fitment was not good to be fair, 1 piece items make a head ache and when 1 side was on you had to pull them over to fit but got them on with patience.
If getting headers go for the 3 piece to make your life easy!
If not 3!the ones with a split at the up pipe.
Cheers Chris
