Found that your driving varies wildly. For instance many years ago my driving instructor told me that (along the lines of) when my driving was good, it was excellent. When it was bad it was chuffin awful.

I find that if my day starts out well (cool drive to work, windows down, sun up and sun specs on, it sets it up to be a wonderful day. If on the other hand the day starts off bad, my driving deteriorates badly for the rest of the day
