Been to look at this but can't tell if it's an actual sti or mod, any ideas?

WRX fella, The STI does not come in wagon form in the newer imprezas.

Been for a quick look. So out of touch with buying cars (company cars for 15 years) really no idea what I'm looking for other than dings and mileage and condition. Sidc says not to worry bout mileage

You will get cheaper and less miles if you shop around.

What is your budget mate, as if 4k is what you want to pay then I think you would be better looking to buy privately as you will find a better lower mileage car for that price.

Yeh. I am limiting myself to a maximum distance from me.

If you look at the performance figures in the ad it is a WRX.

There are some bargins out there.My daughters boy friend has just bought a WRX 54 plate 78,000 with PPP & certificate & cambelt change.Just went through the MOT with no problems.Subaru service up to 50k miles.£3000.
