Default A piller diferences

Are bug and blob eye A pillers the same

As my mates got a set that are flocked that are off a bug

And mines a blob

Both are same(bugeye/blobeye and hawkeye sedan/saloon),difference is only when you are comparing the saloon/sedan to wagon pillar pods

Only other difference is UK vs JDM, the UK cars generally have an alarm sensor half way up the A-pillar, JDM models have aftermarket alarms so the sensor could be anywhere

Mine dosnt have sensors but its a uk car ???

The UK Bugs did - if his is a JDM you might be alright then. You should have some proximity sensors somewhere as it is part of the Sigma Cat 1 alarm design that I thought IM fitted to all official UK imports, I may be wrong...

My bug has got a sigma alarm fitted but has sensors separate to the a pillar so like the JDM models. It's probably because mine originally came from Ireland.

Yours is probably classed as a parallel import, similar to other euro models
