I've had mixed service but he is a small outfit so these things happen, he was spot-on last time I was dealing with him though

I've bought from Mark in the past and never had a problem, usually get items within a day or two as well and I'm in the opposite end of the country.

Never actually managed to get hold of the bloke, he's missed out on sales of turbo, headers, injectors from me due to not replying to over 15 emails or answering the phone on at least 10 occasions. No way to run a business I'm afraid.
