Had a bad day need help

Hi rite I got my car in my new work shop this morning and was so happy
and my bro cam to see me and then it hapond he did not put his hand brake on and it went straight into the workshop door and hit the Scooby and bent the door and the back of the Scooby the Scooby did not have the boot lid on it or the lights but it bent the drivers side wear the lights go not the boot but tryd puting the boot lid back on and it don't shut and the back lights don't fit is this **** or can it be sortid out can't put pic up as the phon don't work and if it is ok do I have to cut it out and put a new bit in or just pull it out pleas help me hear the car is a 1995 Sti

Hi, this may sound a little strange and I recall many years ago when I first started in the motor trade it looks it too.
Get a large sledge hammer and a block of wood 4x2 and long enough to spread the load.
Use the weight of the hammer to drift the panel back out from the reinforcement inside. Don't strike it directly with the hammer or the corner of the block or you will split the paint. Don't go overboard with the swing or that will tater it too, be carful or get someone with some body knowledge to knock it out.

The car is in bits m8 as it will be having a full respray so will it be ok I am not looking at a new one as it is not to bad but wean you put the boot lid on ther is no gap on the joint of the boot lid and the rear quarter panel is this as the mid part is bent m8
