Hi, this may sound a little strange and I recall many years ago when I first started in the motor trade it looks it too.

Get a large sledge hammer and a block of wood 4x2 and long enough to spread the load.
Use the weight of the hammer to drift the panel back out from the reinforcement inside. Don't strike it directly with the hammer or the corner of the block or you will split the paint. Don't go overboard with the swing or that will tater it too, be carful or get someone with some body knowledge to knock it out.
Good luck cheers John

What's with all these dyslexic people about? Anyone would think 5% of the population was dyslexic. Doesn't spell check work for them? And why can't they use punctuation?

i think you have answered your own question, the boot is out and the lights dont fit as you have bent the rear quarter, either bend it back or take it to a bodyshop depending on how bad it is, a picture would help otherwise its all guess work.
