Question

anyone else's passengers complain of nausea when in the back seat?

(ok - gags out of the way now "only when you're sat next to me" er "only when you're driving" etc etc)

i don't carry back seat passengers very often but when i do, there's always one who's feeling a little green around the gills - including last saturday driving down to vicarage road.

the lab refuses to go in it full stop after a one and only (short) trip where she barfed her lunch up (fortunately onto her blanket).

one victim claimed it was the slightly unforgiving and hard ride - actual description was expletive deleted.

is it bendy country roads combined with the robust ride - or should i get one of those static discharge thingies that dangle down and touch the road?

i'm always fine in the front seat as is my wife.

anyone had passengers suffer similar experiences??

None of my passengers have complained when in the back of my MY00, however when we organising the NW Christmas meet I sat in the back of Andys turbo to plan the route out and very, very nearly threw!!!

My sister-in-law has complained of feeling car sick in the passenger seat (however she is prone to it) ... she said she thought I accelerated too fast out of a junction

Ha Ha

My Mrs feels sick every time she opens the front door and sees my P1, let alone when she's in it.

She detests the car with a passion and hates the attention it gets. I have to remind her - they're looking at the car, not you

Seriously

I've taken a lot of people at lot of places in the back of my car - no complaints.

Consider an advanced driving test. It'll teach you how to drive smoooootth!

Cheers

Sister used to complain about it all the time - never shut up about it. Thankfully she's moved to London. Everyone else is fine.

Cheers,
Tom

Girlfriend's relative went green on the way to London once (200 miles away). We were only at Birmingham when she felt unwell. So I booted it from then on and faded the music that she said 'reminded her of the Ipcress file' to the rear and turned it up. She grew more pale as the journey continued but was saved as the stallion needed a(nother) drink. Needless to say she went home in a different car.

Its the resonance from the exhaust that does it.

Me and Chris L alternated between the passenger seat and the back in Ian/555's STI v6 Coupe all the way from the M25 to the 'Ring with no problems.

Must be the passenger...

Chris.

My 5 year gets car sick when sat on left hand side in back ( i.e. over exhaust ) but not on right hand side.

Others have made similar complaints.
