The burble wasn't so much of an issue with me, I actually quite liked the sound of it at full chat. It was just the smooth delivery of power I didn't like, maybe it was just because id never owned/driven a twin scroll before so it felt odd. That and im not a fan of newages anyway.... lol....

Had both and I've got to say I love the JDM twinscroll over the UK single scroll, It's already been said that it's more of a linear drive...In some respects smoother, The main benefit is the torque, You can get near 400lbft out of the Vf36/37's around the 3600rpm RPM range it makes for a very interesting drive, Each to their own but I'm converted to JDM these days

Same for me, I have a my05 jdm and had a uk car before and I like the twinscroll both power delivery and sound, only issue is the slightly higher revs on motorway but the 8k rev limit makes up for it. They are very deceiving as they don't feel fast.

Must say i did miss the burble when i moved from my type r to my Spec C, but after a few months of owning a twin scroll don't think i could ever go back.
Don't get me wrong there is nothing wrong with the burble, but times and technology have moved on and the plus sides of having a twin scroll setup far out ways the sound i lost. TBH i prefer the race car sound of mine with the miltek system, quiet(ish) at normal driving speeds and then opens up nicely on wide open throttle![Big Grin](https://www.scoobynet.com/images/smilies/biggrin.gif)

That said nobody can deny that the burble is one of the quintessential characteristics of a Scooby.
