Default possible power steering problem ?

when i start the car and its running but not moving and turn the wheels the steering feels juddery if that makes any sense and there is a squeak from the engine after about half to 1 full turn

it also does exaclty the same when slowing down for a corner and turning

any ideas what it could be ?

As above, also change the fluid as this gets missed during service, changed mine and made a difference.

This is what I used, all my fluids are Millers.
Best to flush the system to ensure all the old oil is out, will waste some doing this.

I used a suction tool to remove the fluid from the tank then refilled and repeated several times, others have removed the return from the rack and flushed that way.
