reddish blue was stopped in 1998 and is lighter than sonic and RB was replaced in 1999 with DMB. You could get sonic blue standard UKs so longer as you brought from europe. There were two types of silver as well. bright red went to darker mica red. I still think they change the colours just for a laugh .

Silver is not just silver!

My MY00 is Royal Silver but earlier cars can be Light Silver?

Not sure whether the colour is the same, or just a name change?

Nick.

There are 2 DBM's. Dark Blue Mica & Deep Blue Mica. IIRC the latter applies to MY99 >. Here is a picture of my old MY00.

Cheers

Geek hat on:

UK car colours as follows:

White (All models)
Light Silver (MY98 and older)
Royal Silver (MY99/00)
Dark Green Mica (All models)
Reddish Blue Metallic (MY98 and older)
Dark Blue Mica (MY99 and older)
Deep Blue Mica (MY00)
Bright Red (MY99 and older)
Red Mica (MY00)

There was a light green metallic, quite rare and looks mint green. Only seems to on older models.

Special Editions:

McRae - Dark Blue Mica
Cataluya - Black Mica (Black with red flecks)
Terzo/22B/P1 - Sonic Blue

If Sonic Blue is on an old shape car, but is not a Terso, 22B or P1, it's either a Japanese or European import!

I have seen minty green ones. Guy down my road has one (a GL I think) and the other is a turbo belonging to a guy on here. Both I think are 96 cars.
