I know it needs a remap!
I want to change the injectors on my V5 Type R from standard yellows to lateral reflowed yellows and have it mapped along with a FPR and parallel fuel rails when I get a FMIC fitted. I want to fit everything myself with the exception of the FMIC.
Would it be safe to drive the car to the garage with said new injectors?
I can only guess to stay off the boost, hoping it won't kill anything.
Any advice guys and girls?
Many thanks,
Paul.

Should be fine as long as you drive off boost. Im fitting my injectors the day before map and will be driving 16 miles to have it mapped. I did ask the mapper who advised me to drive off boost.
