As above, Paul Blamire at Zen.

Very good reputation, and there's not many UK tuners that have done Superlap Battle at Tsukuba.

I think you need to decide what you want to do in the way of tuning and budget.
zen are excellent as most people have said above.
but if you just want to change a few parts like exhausts etc and then a remap there may be better options for your budget.

well it depends on your plans as I said.

tuning is a bit vague.

if you want a full on 600 bhp engine build then zen is your company.
if you want to change the exhaust and fit some uprated brakes there may be a cheaper option of the same quality.

I like many on here use tim farmer who is an ex zen employee and mobile mechanic.

The best part of zen has always been Paul and his skills!

Best tuner must be RCM. Wouldn't take my car anywhere else (other than zen mapping it) that's if you really need the best?

Nope, Richard does most of the 'spannering' now though.

I wouldn't take my car anywhere else (if I still had it )
