Default 3 port boost solenoid

As I know very little on scoobys I'm just wondering if someone could explain how these work and what they do ? As I've been advised to get one for my wrx, it's going in for a stage one preformance pack next month so should be around 270bhp and I've seen alot of people on here advising people to get them so just wondering what try do and how they work

Cheers Sam

They allow the mapper to control the boost better.

£350 for a custom remap from dynamix,£15 for a 3 port boost solenoid from a classic on ebay and £50 for second hand sti uppipe and £100 for a downpipe

id say £500 ish, i assume the price your paying is for an ecutek license though, not really needed as most are mapped using open source.

So thats £550 for the Map, £40 for the filter, up pipe about £100 and down pipe about £200. And includes labor to fit the up pipe and down pipe?

Probably about right??

Go second hand for up pipe and down pipe, looking about £150 for both from Matty at Pole Position?

Sccobyworld charge £180 for the licence and £150 an hour plus VAT so I guess-timated at £550 based on the info saying 2 hours

Nope.

But have found you a de-cat up pipe for £60. Unfortunately the down pipe has sold.
