Is anyone going to this show this year? I have jusr purchased some tickets for the Sat 3rd. Would be good to see if any others were attending?

I used to go every year from about 2000 up until about 2007.
Every year more and more idiots seemed to go so gave up attending.

Used to be a great weekend.

 

Thats a shame, I am going to give it a go as it is my first time and just want to say ive done it..

 

Hopefully its like it used to be but we found it to be for drink/drug enthusiasts rather than car enthusiasts.
Cars were getting trashed the last time we went.

 

The last time I went, about 2009, the whole place stunk of weed. Saw loads of fighting, people kicking cars at night, knocking wing mirrors off, general rearded behaviour so I haven't been since. Only seems to be at USC.

 

Used to go but now full of *****. Last time i went i had my brand new black truck scratched all down one side my some drunk ***** running round with a tent on his head!!

The final year we went we parked up against the haras fencing near the track. Went to watch the racing and some idiots pushed all the fencing over onto our cars. Think from memory about 9 cars were damaged.
Saw people fighting, randomly kicking cars, destroying tents and even a caravan set on fire.
Also one night some prat in an escort went for a thrash around the camp pi55ed out of his face and ploughed into the group of cars next to us.

It used to be a really good laugh, obviously there were a few meat heads but almost everyone there were car people just there for the crack and enjoy the cars.
Think the price now is £65 for the weekend, the first time I went it was under £30 lol....

 

Bloody hell what have I got myself into. I am only going for the day so hopefully can get in and out of there before the drunken idiots kick off then.

 

I love going to Santa Pod but never been to USC, reading this i'm glad i missed this event.

The people at Pod are normally very friendly etc but must just be the chavs...

 

Ive been to many different events at the pod and always have a good time, USC just seems to attract the nuggets.
