Default Decatting my wrx

Looking to decat my wrx now my question does anybody know a garage in the Gloucestershire area that will pass a decat car, because everybody knows there out there

Of that's not the case what am I going to have to do to keep it mot friendly ?

Would it be worth getting a prodrive sports cat down pipe and decating the centre section and up pipe would that pass ?

Cheers sam

If vosa found out about friendly garages then the mot'er would loose his liceance for good and more than likely his job. What model wrx do you own? Newage I take it? A car will pass with one cat/ sports cat if the car is running well. I have my fully decatted but I have a cat sitting here to swap over for mot time. Doesn't take too long to do, the easier route would be a decent sports cat if your not up for spending a couple of hours once a year swapping over and back. Sports cat will allow for better performance figures when newly mapped.

Quite a few garages will offer you a cat swap MOT for around £55, so then you only have bother yourself will decatting it agin yourself after you get home from the MOT!
