There are three breathers on your car. One from each rocker and one from the crank case.
You can use your current can by using 'Tees' to join the three breathers together and then plumb into the can. The other port on the can needs a little filter putting on.
I used two 2 port cans on my car. One can was for the drivers side rocker and crank case and the other can for the other rocker. Not really nessasary but it filled the gap up nicely.

You'll need to plug the holes in the inlet where the current breathers go otherwise you'll have an airleak - it's 2 I believe on classics.
Also I presume it's 2 t-pieces but I've got a newage so it may be different:
tee the rockers together and the the outlet from that tee'd to the crank breather and then fed to the catch can

depends how big the holes are - either buy bungs off ebay or from http://www.apmotorstore.co.uk/ or just use bolts

right guys I took a good look round engine today and think I found what I need
is these the 3 breathers ?
the 1 on the right comes from top of cam cover under manifold through to front across behind alternator and in side of inlet plastic pipe
left comes from top of cam cover up across and in to 1 of the pipes behind manifold
rear guessing crankcase breather comes up from behind the engine in to the other pipe with the left cam 1 facing each other
are these them ??

The crank one looks about right but I'm not sure on the others as they may be different on a newage and I don't recognise the classic ones
Rather than venting the oil fumes back into the inlet and thereby contaminating the fuel/air mix, you vent it to a catch can that collects the vapours for you to safely dispose of
