Angry KELJON - Wheres my brake pads?

Given this joker enough time now so I want a refund or tracking number.

Paid for a set of rear yellowstuff pads on the 28th to be then told "i'm on holiday so you'll get them in a week". I replied asking if I would get them before last weekend which he said I would. He asked for my details as he'd be sending them via courier, so there should be tracking info/link for this.

Weekend comes and goes, no pads so I message asking whats going on. Tells me he's been busy and I'll get them Tuesday, or Wednesday at the latest.

Wednesday comes and goes so I ask again, PM gets ignored despite him logging on here a couple of times a day so I post on the for sale thread

https://www.scoobynet.com/subaru-par...s-arb-etc.html

Refuses to refund me, refuses to give me any sort of tracking info and like a sucker because it was only £30 I paid by paypal gift (I know ). I was going to pay the fee but when I went to send the £ it said the seller would pay it and I didnt know what the % was so thought it easier to send as gift, especially as he's been on here ages and I saw a (9) next to his trader score.

Like a t1t I didnt check the feedback until yesterday when I see that someone else has recently been caught out by him too and its cost them a lot more than my £30.

I want the pads, tracking number or refund, simple

I too have had "dealings" with Keljon. Bought a PPG box from him which he advertised as having a matching P1 rear diff, which in my eyes was 4.444 as he stated on his advert. after telling him we already had a P1 rear diff and we no longer needed it we fitted the box. Needless to say about a few miles into the use of the box it wound the centre diff up. Box was removed sent of to Steve whitson for investigation and he arrived at the decision that the box was NOT and never had been matched to a P1 rear diff and infact it was a matched to a 3.9 rear diff. Informed Kelly who was to say the least unhelpful and his story had changed to oh i was breaking the car for someone else thats what i was told it was , asked him to go back and inform the "person" about his F**K up and he refused , just said well ya should have checked the box when you got it. Now i dont know about you but if i buy a gearbox and it states a required diff i already have then i aint gonna pay to have it cracked open to see if the seller is lying or not !!!!!!! After much too'ing and fro'ing i decided its best to leave it and had a rebuild done on the box to the tune of £172 with the box altered to take a 3.54 rear diff.......negative feedback left and moved on , the guy is clearly a thief !!!! Stay well clear as above ..............spock out

Didnt pay by gift mate , paid through normal paypal with fees paid, was part of an extensive high power rebuild so the box could not be tested until the rest of the build was complete and by then it was too late. Didnt think in the first instance I would be ripped off anyhow.

Sadly it's not unheard of to get shafted by members on SN. It happened to me once & has made me far more cautious now. There are plenty of decent & honest members on here but the minority ruin it for the rest of us & the mods don't seem to care or do anything about it. My two tips are to search the members user name for any negative posts & only pay by paypal for goods & services unless it's someone you know well.

Donny, I wanted to pay the fee, but was'nt sure of a % and paypal stated the seller would pay the fee. I figured as he's a SN regular with feedback he could be trusted. This is the sort of BS I'm getting via PM

Hi, have you sent the pads yet chap? My rears are getting urgent so if you've not sent them can I have a refund and I'll shop elsewhere. Think I've been patient enough now.
If you book a courier online you get a reference, link, something to say where its going from/to and he refuses to provide any proof of postage. I've asked twice for a refund and he refuses, doesnt login for 2 days at a time and I have other members PMing me asking if they think he's stitched them up too.

Don't PayPal give you 60 days to make a claim? If your build took longer than that then its just bad luck and maybe you should have got a box from a known breaker who would back it up?

Calmer man than me fella to swallow £1750 , that's a big lump and would certainly affect my sleep pattern

The only times ive been shafted on here its is been the dealers. Three times ive been mugged of for a poxy £20~£40.

To add I was when pushed offered a refund but posting back at my expense and time. What's the point in sending **** up and down the country.

Rant over
