Default Best Springs to buy?

Not sure what springs to buy for my UK300 Bug?
Last 6 cars I've owned I've gone coilovers such as Tein, BC, KWs.
Last time I got springs I had Eibachs and where really good.

Not sure on what's the best ride for Impreza though Tein, Eibach, Apex, Koni etc

Also interested for my 2005 WRX as she sits a tad on the high side!

eibach and apex seem to be popular choices, just make sure you get them from someone that knows what they are talking about and have a good chat to make sure you get what your after.

Got Tein coil overs on my bug, yes they are a bit harsh. But I don't mind after fitting I used to be driving from Inverness to Manchester. Made the cross country bits fun and not too bad on the A roads/ Motorways.

Teins are one of the worst you can get , 40mm drop with any spring is way too much for a subaru. Prodrive springs on a uk300 are perfect springs, what is the reason you want a change?

"Tein springs are one of the worst"?? Complete rubbish. What do you base this on?

I was in the same situation as you for my 03 sti. I settled on Tein springs. In all honesty, there is VERY little difference in ride quality. Slightly harder but barely enough to notice. Car sits nicely too!

Just want the car to sit lower, around 25-35mm I'm not used to arch gaps.

H&R springs give the same drop as eibach but not as harsh. I changed to them from eibach and well impressed.

Well, if you do your home work properly and do understand how the suspension works then yes Teins are **** and i'm not talking rubish...

Have a read and when you done Have a look at the other Threads where Arnie_1 and Bonesetter put their inputs...

I have the eibachs in my 06 sti and they dont work with sti front shocks imo on uk roads, and if you give me a week or so ill confirm this as ive a set of new prodrive bilsteins for the front which are supposedly dampened better for uk roads
