Oh god im not liking these comments as i have already brought one!
I had a buddyclub exhaust on my type r which was pretty damn loud and it didnt bother me much but im starting to have doubts now!
I would def like to hear one then before i invest more money in getting it fitted.
How loud can they be lol...

Nurs are probably as loud as you get whilst having a so called back box.
Track day experience from me:
Miltek 85-90db
Japspeed 91-96db
Recent titanium I had 98-99db
Nur spec 105+db (iPhone app test)
Ear bleeding experience, I wouldn't bother as it becomes very annoying very quickly.

Doesn't fitting the bung for daily use compromise the idea of a free flowing exhaust?
I've done this fitting a bung at 5:30 in a morning palaver, set of pliers, and Allan keys . Then what get out to open roads and remove? Then when your in traffic in urban areas get out and refit it again
They are not track friendly, neighbour friendly, driver friendly or even other road user friendly. If you use it with a bung all the time, you need to ask yourself why your using a Nur at all.
The best exhaust I've used was a Miltek by far, the last titanium track friendly I had was sweet too, but at long distance is was a bit of a drone.
Titanium, stripped out rear interior, this noisier than normal.
Same car
DC exhaust

If i have an early start ill put the bung in the night before, only one bolt 2 second job. I work less then 2 mile away where I'll take it easy as oil won't even be up to temp. Car sits at work all day then before I drive home I'll take the bung out again 2 second job one bolt.
As for restriction I asked Andrew Carr the question and he said it didt make much difference as long as you don't drive it hard with the bung in.
Tbh I use it so not to wake my kids up in the morning, Couldt care less about what others think.
