Default XXR wheels on a classic

Has anyone got a set of XXR's on their classic at all? I'm running K sport 8pots upfront too. I'm also running standard sti ride height but intend on getting coilovers soonish.

My question is.. Can i get a set to fit right on without arch work or that stick out the arches??

Anyone have any pics or know what offset wheel size should be ok??

Thanks in advance
Dan

Dose the same apply to rota grid drifts for classic fitment or can these be fitted without rolling arch ?

I was considering either the xxr or rotas but having the wheel arch rolled is putting me off

8j Et 48 is about as wide as you dare on a 18" rim
And as with grids and xxr you need a low offset to get the desired 'dish' as you see on the stanced cars

Not sure if this helps but I've got 18x7.5j wrapped in 215/35/18s

I get away with it but I'm going for 225/40/18s next and for this I need the rear arches rolled.

I ran 18x8 wrapped in 225/40 with et 45 on my classic. Rear arches needed rolling a little.

I don't think you'd get drifts on even with arch rolling.

Arch extensions was a route I thought of but it was really expensive. Your looking at £400 for the arches plus fitting and painting and then at least a grand for the wheels.

Mazmike currently has a set on his classic and they only just fit under his arch extensions and don't allow him to lower his car as much as he would like
