New wheel problem :(

Hey all! Just got some new wheels, they are Innovit Tarmac 18s. The right PCD
But problem is the size of wheel nuts. They are too big for the wheel! Anyone know if I can but smaller wheel nuts or am I screwed? Cheers in advance!
