at what point is this mod recommended? anything over standard power?? is the std one weak then or prone to failing??
been reading up on the injectors v2 wrx 380cc- are these adequate for the job??
thanks.

noticed advanced automotive sell rcm ones for £122 or sytec ones for £72.
is there anything wrong with the sytec ones?? bit of a difference in price, makes you wonder with rcm are you paying for the name??

HRC ones are £50 and do the job just fine.
Its not always a nessasary mod but remember your original pump will be old. If it fails the effects can be disastrous. For the sake of £50 its a no brainer imo.

Hrc here too. Mines a 310lph and cost me around £60 direct from them. A mod which should be done no matter what. Yes it important it fuels ur engine. Your stomach wouldn't like it if you never feeded it same principal :')

You need 550 injectors minimum and id get a 310lph hrc. Good and cheap and also better to buy once if you do decide to go for more power later on. We all say we wont but we do lol

Car is standard at the mo, so just kind of collecting parts to make it quicker at some point. but its on the original fuel pump i expect, so will fit a new one before power hike.
aiming for 380-400
also, it doesnt really matter what size injectors you are using, so long as they will not flow more fuel than the pump can provide for as the excess will just get returned to the tank via the fuel pressure regulator - if thats what you meant SJ/veerinder?
so what i mean is, you could use a 500lph pump on 50cc injectors if you really wanted
edit: or do you mean you need minimum 550cc injectors for 380+ bhp?
cheers

Beautiful = better
Replace it because it's old more than anything swap out those 380's for 440's as well cheap mod and will allow greater scope for mapping c.300 with headroom

Much better than a standard WRX one and the JDM ones are good for over 330 BHP.
Simples and sooo cheap!

We are run HRC 340LPH at 490bhp without the single issue,we are now running same HRC 340LPH although now with 044 and swirl pot at 555.5bhp
I can only recommend HRC fuel pump, about the RCM,they're looking like rebadged Aeromotive Stealth pumps
New Walbro 450LPH or 400LPH are probably best right now and cost less than RCM and those pumps are proven on several high powered cars
Those failed Walbro probably has been due people bought knock off from eBay,this is my view on this matter, genuine Walbro 255LPH what I know are good enough for most applications up to 450bhp and more

great reviews here guys cheers. hrc for me i think. im only aiming for slight tweaks anyway so standard injectors are fine.
all i have is up pipe, double decat, magnex backbox, 6k ecu, (top mount upgrade), panel filter, td05 std turbo.
cant map standard ecu anyway so no point upgrading injectors. also been reading that the td05 is limited to 320 ish anyhow so power will be below that.
