A good carb/brake cleaner is always a good shout with the throttle body. I know the Phase 2 manifolds had a gasket between the two. So be careful if you separate them.

The screws on the end of the idle position sensor are made of chocolate so get a good screwdriver.

Take pictures before, during and after to compare .

i have had the wings on and off a few times the main is thing the bolts can seize especially where the wing meets the the sill, you can also leave the dirt shield on just remove the plastic dirt shield to wing fixings, other than that they are simple on and off, just dont scratch anything putting it back on.

The sidelight need to come off for access to one of the wing bolts iirc... the bumper can be unbolted at the wing and pushed down to reveal hidden bolts. Don't forget the ones hidden in the door shut as well
