I bought an sti scoop for £40 and a sti intercooler undertray for £45.
After nesrly witing 2 weeks after I paid.
The scoop was carbon wrapped but he said it was 01g silver underneath which I needed, but when it arrived it was white plastic underneath and had a fin missing.
So I had to get it re-painted.
When sti undertray was delivered it was a wrx one, the same as one on mine already.
So he said return it and I will get a refund, guess what when hermes delivered it yesterday, hes denying he got it.
pissed off to say the least.

well cool off chap as vince may well have it, he will get back in touch and let me know. i will let you know as soon as he gets back to me. Its unusual for any courier to leave parcels unattended as they need a signature for delivery. in which case we can always put a claim in with the courier. i would imagine if it was vince that delivered he probably still has it?

no idea mate he might of been leaving it and then decided not too who knows mate. it might not have been him that delivered. until i hear from him who knows. your guess is as good as mine.
at the end of the day if its not with them and they left it outside without a signature the courier will have to issue a refund anyway. if they do have it and deliver then great ill arrange the refund as promised mate, either way you get your money back.

because the hermes website asks you for a tracking number and postcode to acess the delivery information. Ive tried my postcode and it says nothing so I take it it needs yours as the account holder. As i want to ring hermes and find out what the **** is going on as im now really pissed your accusing me of trying to **** you over. If you had handled the matter like an adult i might have been more receptive but after all this im done trying to be a good seller and help a customer like you.

Kris I apologised for the undertray i sold it as it was sold to me, I admitted i was incorrect and offered a full refund, which even after this i will honor when i recieve the parcel.

I see your point and I agree that he should not have lied to you, which it appears he did. But to post this on the forum so quickly without trying to sort it first is a bit out of order. Honestly Hermes are truely ****e. Read some reviews of them. Can't you get them to either redeliver to the correct address or get them to refund you? Have you got proof that the parts were delivered to the address that you specified?
