Default could anyone help

Hi all,

Previously I've had my car mapped by Duncan to around 280bhp, yesterday I fitted a vf35, pinks, and sti intercooler. Started the car and the cel light has stayed on, the car runs fine not on boost I gave it a little try on boost and the car feels like it's being held back?. Was hoping to get the map tweaked tomorrow at srr by Duncan could the current map be the reason it's running rubbish on boost?. Also is there anyone who lives near Borehamwood Hertfordshire that could come and read the error code today I would pay.

Thanks

From you change major parts I.E. turbo bigger injectors etc.... You need a remap there and then,if I was you I would leave the car until you have to get it mapped and then nurse it to your chosen mapper. What turbo was fitted to your car with the original map?.SJ.

The original td04 turbo, I'm just confused to why the cel light has stayed on, might see if duncan could come to me house as I don't fancy driving it for an hour on the m25 to srr.

It seems to me that you do not understand the fundamentals of tuning a Subaru,if your car was mapped on a td04 and 440cc injectors, and then you have put on a vf35 which is capable of around 350bhp on a good day and increased your injector size to 550cc,there Is no way that your car will function properly especially under boost, and what you are doing can be very dangerous to your engine.SJ.

The very last thing you should be doing is taking the car anywhere near boost !!!!!!
Call you mapper, arrange a time for tweaking, leave your car switched off until that time and then poodle it to him.

As above.

I assume you discussed all this with Duncan BEFORE starting on the mods?

Yes I discussed everything with Duncan he's coming to my house tomorrow morning to tweak the map , And I only used a bit of boost as I got caught out on a major roundabout on the way home , Hopefully the car will be fine after tomorrow
