Default Would you buy a car that had been serviced late?

I'm in a quandary,

There's a car, a 2006 Forester.
It was serviced on the money at a main dealer up to feb 2010 @33k
Then it was done 4 months late in june 2011 at a local garage.
Then a month late again in July 2012 @ 52k (inc cambelt)

That was the last time it was serviced so its due one, current mileage is 61k
Am I being too picky or does that sound ok?

It wouldn't bother me.
Servicing is only as good as the garage doing it anyway, I always use someone I know so I know they use good part and do things properly.

I'll bet there's people on here with 2.5's serviced religiously and more and they've still blown up.
