My mate is wanting to buy this, is it worth it?

That's strong money for a WRX, I recon whoever bought it thought it was an STI, as it doesn't say it's a WRX, mis sold IMO.

It does say its a wrx right at the bottom in the seller added bit. I agree it's misleading though.
