Nope, not by a country mile.

However it's one of the best icons and certainly one of the most desirable.

Technically the best, no it isn't, but it is the most iconic and certainly the best looking (that is subjective of course, but really most normal people that don't own another model they claim to prefer would agree).

It is also a limited run and different enough to have the distinction matter.

At the end of the day though it is the only Scooby that is holding its price and will be the only one to become a true classic so yes it's the best!

In that case then yes, ofcourse. If mr subaru rang me tomorrow and said i could have any impreza i wanted with 0 miles on the clock ofcourse I'd choose a 22B. Its the most iconic, sought after and best looking impreza going (to real enthusiasts anyway).
Is it the best driving, or fastest, or thrilling, ,,,,,, nope. But that isn't the point.

Interesting other choices here too. Lots of Hawk Spec C - RA , and Blob Spec C.

I have these and the 22B in my GT5 garage
