53plate Sti tyre pressures

Ok so basic question but what do people recommend for front and rear pressures on 225/40 18s.its an Sti so I want it for some spirited fast road driving.just find it quite light sometimes.

i run 33PSI front and 31PSI rear on my STi with Conti Contact Sport 5 Tyres

when i had the Goodyear Eagle F1s i found 31F and 29R seemed to work well
