So driving home last night and I hear this faint squealing sound, pause my music hear it a bit louder then open my passenger window and wow it's now a very clear noise.
Doesn't get worse when braking but as speed up gets louder, it's continuous so I'm thinking wheel bearing!
But the garage I use is now shut till 2nd if Jan......Joy!!!!

Check your brake disc dust covers, give them a push with a screw driver.
Had this recently with mine, rusty and corroded, loads of rusty bits fell out from mine, now all's good.

Like I said, bits of rust and stones getting trapped between the disc and the dust cover. Probably just fell out.
