I've had one on my drive for years and the house prices seem to be constant. Think it adds to the character of the property.

The house next door to me took over a year to sell, aparently the estate agents were warning potential buyers the neighbours car is extremely loud.

I Remember tinkering with it one day and a middle aged couple arrived to view the property... as they got out of their car and walked to the front door, I started the car and let it idle while checking through the engine bay. No more than 20 seconds later I turned around to find their car gone... they didnt come back
