Quick question do all jdm cars come with dccd?

Nope, for 03 MY it was an option on some JDM models and standard on others like the Spec C.

 

As F1 said, not all JDM STI's had it.

3 models between MY03-04 in the STI range.

KL or povety spec
GL or decently specced
Spec C.

KL missed out on a few things, no dccd, no quick rack and i dont think it had the AP lsd at the front either.
GL had all of the above
Spec C had all of the above and a few additional mechanical items (plus different geometry etc).
